The Sol Plaatje University (SPU) Centre for Entrepreneurship & Rapid Incubator (CfERI) in Upington has as its main focus, the entrepreneurial development of youth/ students in the ZF Mgcawu District, as well as a secondary focus on the incubation of start-up and new SMME’s run by entrepreneurs of all ages.

The Centre (CfERI) is the brainchild of the Department of Small Business Development (DSBD). The Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA) is the implementing agency for DSBD.
